May Sales Activity Strong

May sales activity was very robust with units sold up 118% and dollar volume up over 185% from last year. REO bank owned sales were only 29% of sales, down from 46% in January. Year to date unit sales are up 27%, and YTD dollar volume is up 11%. My buyers took 3 homes under contract this past weekend, with one couple buying 2 homes.

A beautiful night tonight, and the fireflies are out, marking the beginning of what is sure to be a hot & steamy summer. The lake temperature is already approaching 70 degrees, and the hot weather forecast for this weekend can only help. If you have been on the fence about a summer home in Harbor Country, think about taking the plunge. I hope to see you on the beach or lake this summer.
